Increasing research and development in he field of personal flying transport has led to some excellent concepts produced. The Heli, by German industrial designer Alex Jantschke, is a drone like concept designed to be able to travel through dense cities with major gridlock. It is to be constructed primarily out of biofiber reinforced bioplastic frame that is hollow like the bones of a bird, making the aircraft extremely lightweight but also rigid and strong. It will be powered by two hydraulically operated coaxial rotors that would have enough power to carry a load weighing up to 200 kg. A maneuverable aircraft like this, providing a functional and realistic form of air transport may soon be brought to fruition in the near future.
